Position Responsibilities:

First, strategic planning

1, according to the company's overall annual development strategy and planning, decomposition and landing of the department's annual strategy and planning.

2, responsible for the business line (product line) of the market, make the overall planning, including: clear future product development and core competitiveness of the main line, product strategy; clear customer status and customer business, KP and departmental changes, customer strategy; clear competitors and the state of cooperation and competitive strategy.

Market Development

3, new and old customer demand mining and customer to see the method and progress planning, and promote sales to achieve the market position to achieve the growth target.

Third, sales management

4, the internal team customer to see the ability of management (including training and solutions) and target achievement.

5, internal team sales behavior management and training.

6、According to the company's overall knowledge management system, to complete the departmental knowledge management.

Fourth, personnel training and management

7, the internal team performance program setup, management and performance evaluation.

8, internal team recruitment, management, training, assessment and related audit work.

Qualifications

(1) more than 5 years of corporate marketing, marketing management experience, more than 5 years of work experience in the same position, the pharmaceutical industry (such as drug manufacturers, consumer goods industry, mother and baby milk powder, etc.) experience is preferred

(2) Strong organization, planning, control, coordination and interpersonal skills and high negotiation skills, able to lead the team to carry out efficient market development work.
